Tutorial

Wildcat Jugglers in Alpena, Michigan has an on-line juggling tutorial that includes short videos of various juggling patterns, including a slow motion version of each. They suggest you start with the 3-ball cascade pattern. We agree.

You will need Apple QuickTime Player to view the videos.

Make Your Own Juggling Balls

You can make a set of juggling balls out of tennis balls with a few easy steps.

  1. Get three tennis balls. Used ones are best.
  2. An adult should cut a slit approximately 3" long in each ball.
  3. Use a funnel to put 1/4" cup of dry rice or navy beans into each ball (approximately one-third full).
  4. Put glue on the slit and let it dry. Monster Glue works well.
